Terms Used In Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 7B - Protective Orders

  • Allegation: something that someone says happened.
  • Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
  • Oath: A promise to tell the truth.
