(a) The board is hereby authorized to use available funds or to enter into contracts and accept grants or matching grants for the purpose of establishing an academy of mathematics and science.
(b) Any money received by the academy shall be expended to further the functions and purposes of the academy listed in § 105.301.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
(c) This section does not prevent the board from accepting federal funds or money from any corporation or other private contributor for use in operating or providing programs to the academy.
