(a) An open-enrollment charter school may not charge tuition to an eligible student who applies under § 12.117.
(b) The governing body of an open-enrollment charter school may require a student to pay any fee that the board of trustees of a school district may charge under § 11.158(a). The governing body may not require a student to pay a fee that the board of trustees of a school district may not charge under § 11.158(b).
