- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
To the extent provided for in an agreement authorized by § 65.45, a person employed by the entity with whom the system enters into such an agreement, or the person’s spouse or child, may pay the tuition and fees charged to residents of this state when enrolled in an institution of The University of Texas System.
