(a) The board shall hold four meetings a year in Austin, Texas, on dates determined by the chair and may hold other meetings as may be called by the chair.
(b) In a manner that complies with § 551.128, Government Code, the agency shall broadcast over the Internet live video and audio of each open meeting held by the board. Subsequently, the agency shall make available through the agency’s Internet website archived video and audio for each meeting for which live video and audio was provided under this subsection.
