Terms Used In Texas Election Code 102.008
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The early voting roster must include the name of each person to whom a late ballot is provided with a notation indicating that the ballot was a late ballot under this chapter.
