(a) Each original and supplemental list of registered voters must:
(1) contain the voter’s name, date of birth, and registration number as provided by the statewide computerized voter registration list;
(2) contain the voter’s residence address, except as provided by Subsections (b) and (c);
(3) be arranged alphabetically by voter name; and
(4) contain the notation required by § 15.111.
(b) If the voter’s residence has no address, the list must contain a concise description of the location of the voter’s residence.

  • Residence address: means the street address and any apartment number, or the address at which mail is received if the residence has no address, and the city, state, and zip code that correspond to a person's residence. See Texas Election Code 1.005

(c) The original or supplemental list of registered voters may not contain the residence address of a voter whose residence address is confidential under § 13.004.
