Terms Used In Texas Election Code Chapter 127 > Subchapter D - Testing Tabulating Equipment
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Law: means a constitution, statute, city charter, or city ordinance. See Texas Election Code 1.005
