- Testator: A male person who leaves a will at death.
- Written: includes any representation of words, letters, symbols, or figures. See Texas Government Code 311.005
At any time during the declarant’s lifetime, a declaration described by § 1104.203(a)(1) may be made self-proved in the same form and manner that a will written wholly in the testator‘s handwriting is made self-proved under § 251.107.
