- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Any person may deliver to the obligor’s employer a certified copy of an order that reduces the amount of spousal maintenance to be withheld or terminates the withholding.
