- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
During the conservatorship, a person who participates in the affairs of the association shall act according to the conservator’s instructions and may exercise only the authority that the conservator expressly grants.
