Terms Used In Texas Government Code 2051.103
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A governmental entity is not required to include the notice required under § 2051.102 on a geospatial data product that:
(1) does not contain a legal description, a property boundary monument, or the distance and direction of a property line;
(2) is prepared only for use as evidence in a legal proceeding;
(3) is filed with the clerk of any court; or
(4) is filed with the county clerk.
