(a) The commission may not enter a lease contract under this chapter unless it complies with the architectural barriers law, Article 9102, Revised Statutes.
(b) A state agency, including an institution of higher education, may not enter a lease contract under § 2167.005 unless the agency complies with the architectural barriers law, Article 9102, Revised Statutes.
