Terms Used In Texas Government Code 2175.004
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
For purposes of this chapter:
(1) the Civil Air Patrol, Texas Wing, is considered a state agency having the authority to acquire surplus or salvage property; and
(2) a volunteer fire department is considered a political subdivision.
