(a) Proceeds from the sale of surplus or salvage property, less the cost of advertising the sale, the cost of selling the surplus or salvage property, including the cost of auctioneer services or assistance from a private vendor, and the amount of the fee collected under § 2175.188, shall be deposited to the credit of the general revenue fund of the state treasury.
(b) Repealed by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 309, Sec. 7.37.

- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
(c) Proceeds from the sale of surplus and salvage property of the Texas Department of Transportation relating to the department’s duties under Chapter 2205 shall be deposited to the credit of the department.
