Terms Used In Texas Government Code 2203.004
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
State property may be used only for state purposes. A person may not entrust state property to a state officer or employee or to any other person if the property is not to be used for state purposes.
