Terms Used In Texas Government Code 2204.603
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
This subchapter does not affect or impair:
(1) a person‘s vested right; or
(2) the right of a person to use and maintain a bridge in existence on May 17, 1929, on or across Mud Bayou or East Bay Bayou.
