(c) In addition to satisfying the requirements of § 30.00006(c), a municipal judge must have been a resident of the city for at least three years immediately preceding the judge’s appointment.

(k) § 30.00007(b)(5) does not apply to this subchapter.
(l) In addition to the duties imposed under Sections 30.00007(b)(1)-(4), the presiding judge shall promulgate work rules for the administration of the municipal courts.
