Terms Used In Texas Government Code 4004.303
- Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
- Year: means 12 consecutive months. See Texas Government Code 311.005
On the commissioner’s receipt of a notice filing and fee payment that meet the requirements of § 4004.302, the notice filing takes effect and is valid for the remainder of the calendar year.
