After each regular session of the legislature, the comptroller shall issue a report that itemizes each general revenue-dedicated account and the estimated balance and revenue in each account that is considered available for the purposes of certification of appropriations as provided by § 403.095. The comptroller shall publish the report on the comptroller’s Internet website.
