(a) Funds or other property or services may be solicited by or donated to a unit in the Texas State Guard by any public or private entity, including:
(1) a state agency or department;
(2) a political subdivision, including a county, municipality, or public school district; or
(3) a special purpose district or authority.
(b) A public school district may permit the Texas State Guard to use a school building.
