Terms Used In Texas Government Code 442.106

  • Outlays: Outlays are payments made (generally through the issuance of checks or disbursement of cash) to liquidate obligations. Outlays during a fiscal year may be for payment of obligations incurred in prior years or in the same year.

The commission may operate or grant contracts to operate concessions on the grounds of historic sites described by Subchapter C. The commission may make rules governing the granting or operating of concessions. The commission may establish and operate staff concessions, including salaries, consumable supplies and materials, operating expenses, rental and other equipment, and other capital outlays.
