- Litigation: A case, controversy, or lawsuit. Participants (plaintiffs and defendants) in lawsuits are called litigants.
The office of the attorney general shall represent an agency in any litigation. The attorney general may assess and collect from the agency reasonable attorney’s fees associated with any litigation under this section.
