- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.

A local government corporation acting as an endorsing municipality or endorsing county under this subtitle may guarantee the corporation’s obligations under a games support contract or event support contract by pledging surcharges from user fees, including parking or ticket fees, charged in connection with the games or event and related activities.
