- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Except as provided by Section 485A.204, the office’s certification of a person as a qualified person is effective until the second anniversary of the date the designation is made, regardless of whether the designation of the qualified media production location at which the qualified person is to perform its commitments under this chapter is terminated before that date.
