In this chapter:
(1) Repealed by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 148, Sec. 44(1), eff. September 1, 2013.
(2) “Commissioner” means the commissioner of agriculture.
(3) “Department” means the Department of Agriculture.
(4) “Office” means the Office of Rural Affairs established within the Department of Agriculture under § 12.038, Agriculture Code.
