Based on the performance objectives outlined in the memorandum of understanding entered into under § 524.0101(a), the executive commissioner shall perform an employment evaluation of each health and human services agency commissioner. The executive commissioner shall submit the evaluation to the governor not later than January 1 of each even-numbered year.
