Terms Used In Texas Government Code Chapter 548 > Subchapter B - Telemedicine Medical, Teledentistry Dental, Telehealth, and Home Telemonitoring Services Provided Under Medicaid in General

  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
  • Year: means 12 consecutive months. See Texas Government Code 311.005
