(a) If the department determines that a person is not eligible for a level of care in a nursing facility, the department shall inform the person that community services might be available under a community care for the aged and disabled program administered by the Department of Aging and Disability Services.
(b) The department shall provide to the person a list of services available under the program and a telephone number to call for more information on the services.
