(a) In this section, “mixed waste” means a combination of hazardous waste as defined by Chapter 361 and low-level radioactive waste and includes federal mixed waste.
(b) The compact waste disposal facility license holder in accepting mixed waste at the compact waste disposal facility or a federal facility waste disposal facility shall comply with Chapter 361, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (42 U.S.C. § 6901 et seq.), as amended, and this chapter.
