Terms Used In Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 161 > Subchapter E - Reports of Gunshot Wounds and Controlled Substance Overdoses

  • Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
