Terms Used In Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 241 > Subchapter L - Limitation On Civil Liability of Children's Isolation Units
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Defendant: In a civil suit, the person complained against; in a criminal case, the person accused of the crime.
- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
