(a) Notwithstanding any other law, a claimant who brings an action against the association under § 2210.575 must bring the action not later than the second anniversary of the date on which the person receives a notice described by § 2210.573(d)(2) or (3).
(b) This section is a statute of repose and controls over any other applicable limitations period.
