- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person who holds a general property and casualty license may, without holding a license under Chapter 4054, write health and accident insurance for a property and casualty insurer authorized to sell those insurance products in this state.
