- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The commissioner, one or more commissioned examiners, a certified public accountant, or another person qualified to perform the examination shall conduct an examination under this subchapter as the commissioner considers necessary.
