Terms Used In Texas Insurance Code 4153.051
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person may not act as or represent that the person is a risk manager in this state unless the person:
(1) meets the requirements prescribed by this chapter and department rules; and
(2) holds a license issued by the department.
