(a) A fraternal benefit society transacting business under this chapter shall file with the department a certified copy of each amendment of the fraternal benefit society’s laws not later than the 90th day after the date of enactment of the amendment.
(b) A printed copy of a fraternal benefit society’s laws, as amended, that is certified by the society’s secretary or corresponding officer is prima facie evidence that the laws were legally adopted.
