The commission shall include in the commission’s supplemental annual report to the governor and the legislature under § 301.065(c) a report regarding the grant program established under this chapter. The report shall include for the period covered by the report:
(1) the number of students who received grants under this chapter; and
(2) the number of those students who attended each eligible institution, including information on the race or ethnicity of those students attending each institution.
