Terms Used In Texas Labor Code 410.303

  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.

The party appealing the decision on an issue described in Section 410.301(a) has the burden of proof by a preponderance of the evidence.
