(a) A municipality or county shall collect, record, account for, and remit to the comptroller all fees in the manner provided by this subchapter, except fees paid under § 133.151 using the electronic filing system established under § 72.031, Government Code.
(b) Fees paid under § 133.151 using the electronic filing system established under § 72.031, Government Code, shall be remitted directly to the treasury by the Office of Court Administration of the Texas Judicial System for disbursement and deposit as provided by that section.
