Terms Used In Texas Local Government Code 352.120
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person who violates this subchapter or a regulation adopted under this subchapter in a county that requires compliance with this subchapter under § 352.113 commits an offense. An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
