Terms Used In Texas Local Government Code Chapter 301 - Recreational and Cultural Facilities Jointly Established by Counties and Municipalities

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Donor: The person who makes a gift.
  • Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
