- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
On or before October 1, 1991, the person responsible for a quarry or pit that is active on June 30, 1991, shall report to the commission.
