Terms Used In Texas Natural Resources Code 31.307
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
The commissioner may dedicate roads located on the real property used as the site for the superconducting super collider research facility to the county in which the roads are located if the commissioner believes that the dedication will enhance the value of remaining state real property.
