- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person found guilty under § 81.151 of this code shall be discharged immediately from his position and shall be ineligible for employment by the state in the future.
