- Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.
In the trial of a suit brought under Section 85.241 of this code, the burden of proof shall be on the party complaining of the law or order, and the law or order is deemed prima facie valid.
