- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
This article does not:
(1) limit the practice of landscape architecture; or
(2) prohibit the use of the title “Landscape Architect” by a qualified person.
