- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
The board shall issue a certificate of registration to an applicant who presents satisfactory evidence that the applicant complies with all registration requirements under this chapter and under board rules.
