(a) The council shall meet at least four times each year.
(b) The council may hold additional meetings at the call of the presiding officer or as provided by council rule.

- Presiding officer: A majority-party Senator who presides over the Senate and is charged with maintaining order and decorum, recognizing Members to speak, and interpreting the Senate's rules, practices and precedents.
