(a) The executive director may investigate a provider, administrator, seller, or other person as necessary to enforce this chapter and protect service contract holders in this state.
(b) On request of the executive director, a provider shall make the records required by § 1304.155 available to the executive director as necessary to enable the executive director to reasonably determine compliance with this chapter.
